About Elizabeth Isaacs

Elizabeth Isaacs is a fantasy author, teacher, and national presenter — a storyteller in every room she walks into.

Her debut, The Light of Asteria, the first book in the Kailmeyra trilogy, received honorable mention at the New York Book Festival. Her Scythian Series opens with The Scythian Trials, a 2019 International Book Awards finalist in Fantasy, with the next installment, The Scythian Legacy, forthcoming from Vesuvian Books.

A teacher at heart, national presenting has been a throughline in Elizabeth’s career — from developing creativity seminars for teachers in her early years to speaking today on cooperative learning and student engagement.

Elizabeth also leads Writers, Etc., a beloved author community dedicated to closing the gap between publishing and film, with members ranging from novelists and playwrights to filmmakers and educators worldwide. She holds a Master’s degree in classical opera from Austin Peay State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
